The Boland Guest list for Tuesday: Boland’s first guest Andy Hyman. was in overall command of the UK’s national counter terrorism offensive who was at the centre of every major terrorist investigation during the dramatic events from 2005 through 2007 so why was his book ‘The Terrorist Hunters’ banned and why might you ask is it now cleared to go on sale? Well this will be one of the questions Boland will be putting to Hyman.
Next up is Ann Corbett, who I hear you asking is Ann Corbett well she’s the long suffering wife of one Ronnie Corbett one of Britton’s most endearing comics. Ann will talk us through what its like to live with a funny man, is he game for a laugh even at home or is he like a clown sad off stage funny on. This is the first time Ann, who hilarious in her own right , has agreed to an interview. The Boland Show has featured guests re the Lockerbie Pan Am atrocity, for those who heard Dr Jim Swire the first time he was a guest just after it was announced the release of the accused bomber al-Megrahi will remember that he felt the evidence against Magrahi was flawed and unsafe. So is Dr Swire happy with the police now that they have now officially announced that there will be a major review of the case. Sod Law is the final subject on the Boland Show. Sam Leith has put a brillent collection of the funniest and most pitiable stories of human misfortune. So there you have it . The Boland show on Tuesday at 10. If you are not in the Broadcast area go onto http://www.talkradioeurope.com/ and listen live or ‘On Demand’
